Rock VS. Hunger is a series of benefit concerts that will be held for foodbanks in the general area. They mission is to raise money, food and awareness for Philabundance and the Food Bank of Delaware! We need to raise a minimum of 100 LBS of Tuna for each Charity!
The Jameson Van Horn Band is just 1 of the featured groups that is teaming up to participate in this benefit. The benefit is also putting together an album that is a compilation of all the featured band's music and will be sold for $5, in which all the funds raised will benefit these charities.
Among the Jameson Van Horn Band, other bands include: MK Omega, Zelazowa, La Violencia, Vestascension, The Spanish Channel, Shadowplay, Dreambliss, Glows, Acidfinger, Starving the Tsunami, 13:1, Ripple Street, The Atomic Square and Megalon-5! An incredible line up!
Digital Release of CD is on Tuesday November 8th! iTunes and More!!! Physical CD will be released at our first benefit concert on Saturday November 12th at Mojo Main in Newark DE. $5.00 for 15 awesome bands! All Proceeds to benefit: Philabundance and The Food Bank of Delaware!

The Jameson Van Horn Band has been getting a lot of attention the last few months. As of this past Monday, they are now the featured artist on 93.3 WMMR Jaxon's Local Shots. Jaxon's local shots features local artists in the Philadelphia area and regularly releases compilation albums with a selection of these artists.
